Dear Saints and others,

Greetings in the Matchess Love of YahShua!

The wonderful policy of my new workplace is that when I land a sale over a $1000 I can leave at anytime of the day. Yah allowed me to make a very large sale, so I left work at 10am and was able to use the day to preach at PSU!! He's so good in how He gives to us.

HallaluYAH! I've not had the chance of preaching at PSU since last Spring, so it is very good to be back.

Final exams are in full swing, but when I arrived just before noon, huge masses were walking back and forth between breaks.

I exalted the sanctity of the Word, identifying Messiah YahShua as the Light of the World, even as David identifies in the Psalms that the Torah itself is the Light of the World.

I preached on the impracticality, hypocricy and senselessness of trying to seperate the Torah from the Messiah. You cannot seperate His Word from His Person, they are one and the same, -- He gives Light and obediance to His Word LIGHTS our path!

I hammered on the hypocricy of Christians who will consume and eat pork but condemn homosexuality. I emphasized that we must be consistent with the Word, obeying all the Torah out of an unfeigned love for the Messiah, to please His heart.

What would Jesus do? Why, we KNOW what He did! He kept the sabbath, ate kosher, loved his neighbor as Himself, loved His Father supremely, etc.

Truly the Law is perfect in converting the soul! HallaluYAH!

I preached on I John 3:6-11, that those who abide in Him, sin not, because they love Him!

I also mentioned and preached on the whole Ron Paul political movement, drawing the parallels of Ron Paul bringing America back to her roots and the written Constitution, even as the Holy Spirit is seeking to bring the church back to her Hebrew roots and the Written Torah.

I emphasized how much the law of YHVH sets a man free! For whomsoever the Son sets free, is FREE INDEED!

One great example is contrasting Christmas with doing what the Messiah did (keeping Tabernacles). Christmas has pagan roots (see Jeremiah 10:1-6) and even today is very commercialized with ONE day to celebrate. Taberances is ALL ABOUT the Messiah, with EIGHT days to celebrate.

O, that men would see how much more JOYOUS, and how much more WONDERFUL and how much more FREEDOM there is in keeping His Word rather than following what the world and its traditions teach.

One Jew was VERY mad at me, demanding me to wear a kippa. I rebuked him, showing that the kippa was pagan and the Torah does not have men cover their heads (with the exception of Levitical priests or in a time of mourning).

One student was thankful to see me and expressed his desire to sit down in the future and ask me questions.

Another man pointed out paganism in Catholicism and Protestantism, and I showed that while that may be true, the Bible itself has maintained its integrity and purity and still, to this day, shows us how to clearly obey the Messiah with purity and love unfeigned. He seemed positively affected and took a website card along with a Ron Paul card.

My two older boys were with me and really enjoyed the preach.

It was so good to be back. What exciting times we are living in!

Love in YahShua,
Daniel

I missed this particular day, but saw you as I passed through campus yesterday. I was pleased with what I saw - the Gospel message was more to the fore than I recall it being in the past. I'm of mixed opinion on your use of Ron Paul as an example though. I understand the analogy you are drawing, but it requires a certain political agreement to see the truth in the statement. To support the Gospel message with what amounts to a political endorsement struck me as awkward.

I ate my lunch while you cast your net broadly, but had to go while you gave individual attention to the man who responded to your message. I hope that your day was fruitful.

I was enjoyed seeing you again, pleased to observe your growth as a preacher, and liked seeing your sons playing about you and occasionally interacting with you while you preached.

Peace,
Z

Thanks Z!

Sorry it's taken awhile to respond, but life has been crazy ever since my preaching on the New Moon when you saw me.

Not only have I been innundated with phone calls regarding the Ron Paul issues, but I had to deal with an unforseen personal crisis that pretty much sucked up all my time.

All is well, now, however, and Yah has been faithful once more to draw me closer to Him through the storms of life.

Next time you see me preaching, please come up and introduce yourself. It would make my day!

Love in Messiah,
Daniel

Wow, how things seem to have changed for you, man. I remember all the campus preaching records you'd post--They all differ from this one in that there is no mention of scoffers. Did you omit them or were there none to minor hecklers only? Man, this is an old post I know, but it inspired me.
I didn't know about the head covering for morning, however. Where is that?
